Introducing ReActionView: A new ActionView-Compatible ERB Engine

After introducing Herb, the HTML-aware ERB parser at RubyKaigi in April, I'm now releasing a first version of ReActionView. ReActionView aims to be a drop-in ActionView replacement bringing LiveView-style reactivity to Rails while maintaining HTML-over-the-wire philosophy. See the future of Rails views in action!
